Illinois High School Basketball - Glenbard North trounces South Elgin

The Glenbard North Panthers (Carol Stream, IL) basketball crushed the host South Elgin Storm (South Elgin, IL), 72-45 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Panthers (15-14) will now prepare for their test against Wheaton-Warrenville South (Wheaton, IL). The Tigers go into the DuKane test with a 25-5 record. In their last test, Wheaton-Warrenville South walloped Danville (Danville, IL), 40-37, in a non-league test.
The Storm now own a 18-11 record. They play next when they travel to Elgin for a Upstate Eight test on Tuesday, February 14. South Elgin will encounter a Maroons squad coming off a 70-35 non-league win over Round Lake (Round Lake, IL). The Maroons record now stands at 11-19.
