South Dakota High School Basketball - Ipswich crushes Langford

Ipswich Tigers (Ipswich, SD) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Langford Lions (Langford, SD), 62-34 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Ipswich upgrades its record to 12-4 on the season. The Tigers travel to Hitchcock-Tulare (Hitchcock, SD) to play the Patriots in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 14. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 9-7. Hitchcock-Tulare lost 58-39 in their recent non-league bout against Wessington Springs (Wessington Springs, SD)

Next up, the Lions play the Aberdeen Christian Knights (Aberdeen, SD) in a B Region 1 bout, on Tuesday, February 14. Langford will attempt to upgrade on its 4-13 season record. The Knights go into the bout with a 16-2 record after their 48-43 non-league loss to Hamlin (Hayti, SD).
