Nebraska High School Basketball - Omaha Westside nudges Salt Lake Academy

Omaha Westside Warriors (Omaha, NE) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Salt Lake Academy Griffins (Herriman, UT), 62-56 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Omaha Westside upgrades its record to 15-6 on the season. The Warriors host Millard West (Omaha, NE) to clash with the Wildcats in a A District TBD bout on Tuesday, February 14. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 7-13. Millard West lost 74-66 in their recent league bout against Elkhorn South (Omaha, NE)
Next up, the Griffins clash with the Cyprus Pirates (Magna, UT) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 14. Salt Lake Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 17-9 season record. The Pirates go into the bout with a 20-3 record after their 70-50 league win over Kearns (Kearns, UT).
