The St. Paul Flyers basketball team (Norwalk, OH), was toppled 72-62 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Perkins Pirates (Sandusky, OH)
The Pirates now possess a 12-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Huron for a Sandusky Bay - Bay battle on Tuesday, February 14. Perkins will confront a Tigers team coming off a 49-27 league win over Oak Harbor (Oak Harbor, OH). The Tigers record now stands at 14-4.
The Flyers (8-12) will now prepare for their battle against Crestview (Ashland, OH). The Cougars come into the Firelands battle with a 18-2 record. In their last battle, Crestview beat Mapleton (Ashland, OH), 70-60, in a league battle.
