Ohio High School Basketball - Pettisville can't hold off Wauseon

The Wauseon Indians basketball team scored 46 points and held the visiting Pettisville Blackbirds to 41 in the Indians non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Indians now sport a 13-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bryan for a Northwest Ohio contest on Friday, February 17. Wauseon will battle a Golden Bears team coming off a 52-49 non-league win over Paulding (Paulding, OH). The Golden Bears record now stands at 5-16.

The Blackbirds (13-8) will now prepare for their contest against Tinora (Defiance, OH). The Rams enter the non-league contest with a 8-12 record. In their last contest, Tinora was nudged by Crestview (Convoy, OH), 64-29, in a non-league contest.
