The Lenape Valley Patriots basketball team (Stanhope, NJ), was nudged 54-49 in Saturday's league battle with the host Academy of St. Elizabeth Panthers (Convent Station, NJ)
The Panthers now possess a 10-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mount Olive for a non-league battle on Thursday, February 16.
The Patriots (6-12) will now prepare for their battle against West Milford (West Milford, NJ). The Highlanders come into the non-league battle with a 10-11 record. In their last battle, West Milford was nudged by Passaic Arts & Science Charter (Passaic, NJ), 48-45, in a non-league battle.
