Colorado High School Basketball - Antonito topples Primero

February 11, 2023: Antonito, CO 81120

In Saturday's non-league outing, the Antonito Trojans (Antonito, CO) basketball squad beat the visiting Primero Bulldogs (Weston, CO), by a margin of 49-30.

The Trojans (5-10) will now prepare for their outing against Sangre de Cristo (Mosca, CO). The Thunderbirds go into the 1A Southern Peaks outing with a 15-2 record. In their last outing, Sangre de Cristo defeated Sierra Grande (Blanca, CO), 56-43, in a league outing.

The Bulldogs now own a 3-14 record. They play next when they host Moffat for a non-league outing on Thursday, February 16. Primero will clash with a Cowboys squad coming off a 36-12 non-league win over Lake City (Lake City, CO). The Cowboys record now stands at 2-13.
