The Newton Braves topped the visiting Belvidere County Seaters basketball team by a final score of 57-48 in Saturday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Braves face the Kittatinny Regional Cougars (Newton, NJ) in a Northwest Jersey - Freedom game, on Monday, February 13. Newton will attempt to move on its 10-9 season record. The Cougars enter the game with a 3-14 record after their 21-18 non-league loss to Livingston (Livingston, NJ).
