The Mobridge-Pollock Tigers topped the visiting Groton Tigers basketball team by a final score of 53-44 in Saturday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Tigers face the Stanley County Buffalos (Fort Pierre, SD) in a A Region 6 game, on Tuesday, February 14. Mobridge-Pollock will attempt to move on its 13-5 season record. The Buffalos enter the game with a 7-11 record after their 60-39 league loss to Dupree (Dupree, SD).
With the defeat, Groton moves to 11-8 on the year. The Tigers travel to Britton-Hecla (Britton, SD) to face the Braves in a non-league game on Friday, February 17. The Braves enter the game with a record of 5-14.
