South Dakota High School Basketball - Parker overwhelmed by Sioux Valley

The Sioux Valley Cossacks basketball team scored 60 points and restricted the visiting Parker Pheasants to 33 in the Cossacks non-league victory on Saturday.

The Cossacks now sport a 12-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Castlewood for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 14. Sioux Valley will battle a Warriors team coming off a 55-40 non-league win over Elkton/Lake Benton (Elkton, SD). The Warriors record now stands at 12-6.

The Pheasants (2-15) will now prepare for their contest against Garretson (Garretson, SD). The Blue Dragons come into the non-league contest with a 10-8 record. In their last contest, Garretson triumphed over Elkton/Lake Benton (Elkton, SD), 44-36, in a non-league contest.
