In Saturday's non-league contest, the Arlington Lions (Riverside, CA) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Segerstrom Jaguars (Santa Ana, CA), by a margin of 8-1.

With the triumph, Arlington moves its record to 2-0 on the year. The Lions travel to Santa Fe (Santa Fe Springs, CA) to play the Chiefs in a non-league contest on Saturday, February 11. The Chiefs come into the contest with a record of 0-0.

In their next game, the Jaguars play the Santa Fe Chiefs (Santa Fe Springs, CA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, February 11. Segerstrom will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record.
