Minnesota High School Basketball - Brainerd holds off Elk River

The Brainerd Warriors basketball team scored 58 points and limited the host Elk River Elks to 54 in the Warriors league triumph on Tuesday.
The Warriors now possess a 9-10 record. They play next when they host Apollo for a AAA Section 8 contest on Friday, February 14. Brainerd will battle a Eagles team coming off a 109-37 league loss to Alexandria (Alexandria, MN). The Eagles record now stands at 12-9.
In their next game, the Elks battle the Robbinsdale Armstrong Falcons (Plymouth, MN) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, February 13. Elk River will attempt to better on its 4-17 season record.
