Colorado High School Basketball - Vail Christian toppled by Buena Vista

Buena Vista Demons (Buena Vista, CO) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Vail Christian Saints (Edwards, CO), 50-34 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Buena Vista upgrades its record to 11-4 on the year. The Demons travel to James Irwin (Colorado Springs, CO) to face the Jaguars in a 4A/3A Tri-Peaks match on Thursday, February 13. The Jaguars enter the match with a record of 2-10.

The Saints now sport a 7-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Custer County for a non-league match on Wednesday, February 12. Vail Christian will face a Bobcats squad coming off a 55-46 non-league win over Crested Butte (Crested Butte, CO). The Bobcats record now stands at 10-6.
