North Dakota High School Basketball - North Prairie co-op [Rolla/Rolette] holds off Cavalier

In Tuesday's league contest, the host North Prairie co-op [Rolla/Rolette] Cougars basketball team scored a close 60-57 triumph over the Cavalier Tornadoes.
The Cougars (3-13) will now prepare for their contest against St. John (St. John, ND). The Woodchucks go into the B District 3 contest with a 7-11 record. In their last contest, St. John nipped North Star co-op [Cando/Bisbee-Egeland/Munich/Starkweather] (Cando, ND), 77-67, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Tornadoes confront the Larimore Polar Bears (Larimore, ND) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, February 13. Cavalier will attempt to better on its 1-16 season record. The Polar Bears go into the contest with a 10-6 record after their 46-42 league win over Griggs County Central/Midkota (Cooperstown, ND).
