In Tuesday's non-league contest, the visiting St. Johns Redwings basketball team scored a good 58-46 triumph over the Corunna Cavaliers.
The Redwings (10-10) will now prepare for their contest against Eastern (Lansing, MI). The Quakers go into the Capital Area - Red contest with a 5-12 record. In their last contest, Eastern was toppled by Everett (Lansing, MI), 74-64, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Cavaliers confront the Owosso Trojans (Owosso, MI) in a Flint Metro contest, on Friday, February 14. Corunna will attempt to better on its 5-14 season record. The Trojans go into the contest with a 5-11 record after their 47-42 non-league loss to Fowlerville (Fowlerville, MI).
