The Grant County co-op [Carson/Elgin-New Leipzig/Mott-Regent] (Elgin, ND) basketball edged the visiting Harding County Ranchers (Buffalo, SD), 67-65 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The now possess a 3-14 record. They play next when they host New England for a B District 7 bout on Friday, February 14. Grant County co-op [Carson/Elgin-New Leipzig/Mott-Regent] will play a Tigers team coming off a 51-46 league win over Hettinger/Scranton (Hettinger, ND). The Tigers record now stands at 4-12.
