Lutheran Crusaders (Springfield, IL) supporters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Hartsburg-Emden Stags (Hartsburg, IL), 76-50 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Lutheran advances its record to 8-18 on the year. The Crusaders travel to Mt. Olive (Mt. Olive, IL) to face the Wildcats in a MSM match on Friday, February 14. The Wildcats enter the match with a record of 5-19. Mt. Olive lost 55-42 in their recent non-league match against East Alton-Wood River (Wood River, IL)

The Stags now own a 2-20 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to DeLand-Weldon for a non-league match on Thursday, February 13. Hartsburg-Emden will face a Eagles squad coming off a 47-46 league loss to Judah Christian (Champaign, IL). The Eagles record now stands at 4-19.
