The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the King's Fork Bulldogs (Suffolk, VA) and the host Hickory Hawks (Chesapeake, VA), observed King's Fork's basketball team overwhelm Hickory by a margin of 77-44.

The Bulldogs (17-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Nansemond River (Suffolk, VA). The Warriors come into the Southeastern challenge with a 15-6 record. In their last challenge, Nansemond River trounced Western Branch (Chesapeake, VA), 64-53, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Hawks battle the Grassfield Grizzlies (Chesapeake, VA) in a Southeastern challenge, on Friday, February 14. Hickory will attempt to better on its 9-12 season record. The Grizzlies come into the challenge with a 6-12 record after their 99-82 league loss to Lakeland (Suffolk, VA).
