The Trinity Academy Knights basketball team scored 53 points and limited the host Medicine Lodge Indians to 49 in the Knights league triumph on Tuesday.

The Knights now have a 8-8 record. They play next when they host Cheney for a Central Plains game on Friday, February 14. Trinity Academy will confront a Cardinals team coming off a 86-30 league win over Belle Plaine (Belle Plaine, KS). The Cardinals record now stands at 15-0.

With the loss, Medicine Lodge falls to 8-6 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Douglass (Douglass, KS) to confront the Bulldogs in a Central Plains game on Friday, February 14. The Bulldogs go into the game with a record of 5-11. Douglass lost 50-43 in their recent non-league game against Eureka (Eureka, KS)
