The Phoenix Spartans basketball squad (Braithwaite, LA), was outscored 51-37 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Metairie Park Country Day Cajuns (Metairie, LA)
With the victory, Metairie Park Country Day advances its record to 20-8 on the year. The Cajuns travel to St. Charles Catholic (LaPlace, LA) to meet the Comets in a non-league battle on Friday, February 14. The Comets enter the battle with a record of 19-18.
The Spartans now own a 13-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Covenant Christian Academy for a non-league battle on Thursday, February 13.
