Ohio High School Basketball - Morgan bested by West Muskingum

The Morgan Raiders basketball squad (McConnelsville, OH), lost 70-50 in Tuesday's league battle with the host West Muskingum Tornadoes (Zanesville, OH)

With the victory, West Muskingum advances its record to 13-8 on the year. The Tornadoes travel to John Glenn (New Concord, OH) to meet the Little Muskies in a Muskingum Valley battle on Friday, February 14. The Little Muskies enter the battle with a record of 17-4. John Glenn won 82-60 in their recent league battle against Crooksville (Crooksville, OH)

The Raiders now own a 4-17 record. They put it on the line next when they host New Lexington for a Muskingum Valley battle on Friday, February 14. Morgan will meet a Panthers squad coming off a 54-42 league win over River View (Warsaw, OH). The Panthers record now stands at 11-10.
