The Ponaganset Chieftains were victorious over the visiting Scituate Spartans basketball squad by a final score of 65-49 in Tuesday's league outing.

Next, the Chieftains face the St. Patrick Academy Padres (Providence, RI) in a Division III outing, on Wednesday, February 12. Ponaganset will attempt to upgrade on its 14-5 season record. The Padres enter the outing with a 3-14 record after their 57-53 league loss to North Smithfield (North Smithfield, RI).
