The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Pretty Prairie Bulldogs (Pretty Prairie, KS) and the visiting South Barber Chieftains (Kiowa, KS), observed Pretty Prairie's basketball team overwhelm South Barber by a margin of 50-29.
The Bulldogs (12-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Fairfield (Langdon, KS). The Falcons come into the Heart of the Plains challenge with a 4-13 record. In their last challenge, Fairfield trounced Burrton (Burrton, KS), 82-34, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Chieftains battle the Central Christian Cougars (Hutchinson, KS) in a Heart of the Plains challenge, on Friday, February 14. South Barber will attempt to better on its 7-9 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 7-10 record after their 69-49 league loss to Cunningham (Cunningham, KS).
