Louisiana High School Basketball - Westgate holds off Teurlings Catholic

In Tuesday's league contest, the host Westgate Tigers basketball team scored a close 50-44 triumph over the Teurlings Catholic Rebels.
The Tigers (17-12) will now prepare for their contest against Northside (Lafayette, LA). The Vikings go into the 4A District 4 contest with a 23-9 record. In their last contest, Northside nipped David Thibodaux (Lafayette, LA), 58-52, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Rebels confront the Sacred Heart Trojans (Ville Platte, LA) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, February 12. Teurlings Catholic will attempt to better on its 22-14 season record.
