Aquinas Institute Little Irish (Rochester, NY) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Nichols Vikings (Buffalo, NY), 72-63 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Aquinas Institute upgrades its record to 15-1 on the year. The Little Irish travel to Hornell (Hornell, NY) to face the Red Raiders in a non-league match on Friday, February 14. The Red Raiders enter the match with a record of 14-2. Hornell won 93-59 in their recent non-league match against York (Retsof, NY)

The Vikings now sport a 13-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Randolph for a non-league match on Thursday, February 13. Nichols will face a Cardinals squad coming off a 83-27 league win over Gowanda (Gowanda, NY). The Cardinals record now stands at 11-6.
