Minnesota High School Basketball - Hopkins routs Champlin Park

In Tuesday's non-league contest, the visiting Hopkins Royals basketball team scored a big 78-33 win over the Champlin Park Rebels.
The Royals (20-4) will now prepare for their contest against Wayzata (Plymouth, MN). The Trojans come into the AAAA Section 6 contest with a 20-4 record. In their last contest, Wayzata smashed Edina (Edina, MN), 67-42, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Rebels battle the Centennial Cougars (Circle Pines, MN) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, February 13. Champlin Park will attempt to better on its 4-18 season record. The Cougars come into the contest with a 15-8 record after their 59-44 non-league loss to Stillwater (Stillwater, MN).
