In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Marked Tree Indians basketball team scored a big 63-41 triumph over the Clarendon Lions.
The Indians (23-7) will now prepare for their contest against East Poinsett County (Lepanto, AR). The Warriors go into the non-league contest with a 19-10 record. In their last contest, East Poinsett County was trounced by Manila (Manila, AR), 78-44, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Lions confront the Carlisle Bison (Carlisle, AR) in a non-league contest, on Friday, February 14. Clarendon will attempt to better on its 12-9 season record. The Bison go into the contest with a 16-12 record after their 43-38 non-league loss to Cross County (Cherry Valley, AR).
