The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Sanborn Central/Woonsocket Rebels (Forestburg, SD) and the host Wagner Red Raiders (Wagner, SD), observed Sanborn Central/Woonsocket's basketball team knock off Wagner by a score of 61-44.
The Rebels (14-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Highmore/Harrold (Highmore, SD). The Pirates come into the non-league challenge with a 14-3 record. In their last challenge, Highmore/Harrold prevailed over Hitchcock-Tulare (Tulare, SD), 44-40, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Red Raiders encounter the Chamberlain Cubs (Chamberlain, SD) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 14. Wagner will attempt to improve on its 12-5 season record.
