The Freedom Patriots lacrosse squad scored 18 points and limited the visiting Durant Cougars to 4 in the Patriots non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Patriots now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Robinson for a 1A D10 outing on Thursday, February 13. Freedom will face a Knights squad coming off a 21-3 non-league loss to Plant (Tampa, FL). The Knights record now stands at 0-1.

With the loss, Durant falls to 0-1 on the year. The Cougars host Wharton (Tampa, FL) to face the Wildcats in a non-league outing on Wednesday, February 19. The Wildcats go into the outing with a record of 0-1.
