Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Hopkins Academy Golden Hawks (Hadley, MA) and the visiting Springfield Renaissance (Springfield, MA), saw Hopkins Academy's basketball squad wallop Springfield Renaissance by a tally of 48-22.
With the victory, Hopkins Academy improves its record to 7-7 on the campaign. The Golden Hawks host Mount Greylock Regional (Williamstown, MA) to confront the Mounties in a non-league challenge on Monday, February 14. The Mounties come into the challenge with a record of 1-2.
Next up, the confront the Mount Everett Regional Eagles (Sheffield, MA) in a Franklin - West challenge, on Wednesday, February 16. Springfield Renaissance will attempt to improve on its 0-6 season record.
