Georgia High School Lacrosse - Effingham County drops to Greenbrier

Greenbrier Wolfpack (Evans, GA) boosters exited the stadium content Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the host Effingham County Rebels (Springfield, GA), 17-12 in a non-league battle.
The Wolfpack now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Carrollton for a non-league battle on Friday, February 18. Greenbrier will clash with a Trojans squad coming off a 8-6 league loss to Harrison (Kennesaw, GA). The Trojans record now stands at 2-1.
In their next game, the Rebels clash with the South Effingham Mustangs (Guyton, GA) in a 1A-5A Area 8 battle, on Monday, February 14. Effingham County will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record. The Mustangs come into the battle with a 0-2 record after their 17-4 non-league loss to May River (Bluffton, SC).
