The Bowling Green Purples (Bowling Green, KY) basketball crushed the visiting Barren County Trojans (Glasgow, KY), 73-40 in Monday's non-league test.
The Purples (23-5) will now prepare for their test against Evangel Christian (Louisville, KY). The Eagles go into the non-league test with a 20-4 record. In their last test, Evangel Christian walloped North Bullitt (Shepherdsville, KY), 79-29, in a league test.
The Trojans now own a 15-10 record. They play next when they travel to Metcalfe County for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 13. Barren County will encounter a Hornets squad coming off a 77-43 non-league loss to Somerset (Somerset, KY). The Hornets record now stands at 9-15.
