Black River Falls Tigers (Black River Falls, WI) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Melrose-Mindoro Mustangs (Melrose, WI), 74-56 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Black River Falls upgrades its record to 6-14 on the season. The Tigers travel to Luther (Onalaska, WI) to clash with the Knights in a Coulee bout on Tuesday, February 13. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 15-4. Luther won 71-56 in their recent non-league bout against Cashton (Cashton, WI)

Next up, the Mustangs clash with the Bangor Cardinals (Bangor, WI) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, February 17. Melrose-Mindoro will attempt to upgrade on its 9-12 season record.
