Colorado High School Basketball - Custer County overwhelms South Park

February 12, 2024: Westcliffe, CO 81252

Fans at Monday's league challenge between the Custer County Bobcats (Westcliffe, CO) and the visiting South Park Burros (Fairplay, CO), saw Custer County's basketball squad wallop South Park by a tally of 60-38.

With the victory, Custer County improves its record to 6-9 on the campaign. The Bobcats host Trinidad (Trinidad, CO) to confront the Miners in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, February 14. The Miners come into the challenge with a record of 0-16. Trinidad lost 52-38 in their recent non-league challenge against Dolores Huerta Prep (Pueblo, CO)

Next up, the Burros confront the Platte Canyon Huskies (Bailey, CO) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 13. South Park will attempt to improve on its 2-13 season record. The Huskies come into the challenge with a 6-10 record after their 41-39 non-league loss to Arrupe Jesuit (Denver, CO).
