Kentucky High School Basketball - Hopkins County Central topped by Henderson County

The Henderson County Colonels basketball team scored 70 points and restricted the host Hopkins County Central Storm to 53 in the Colonels non-league victory on Monday.
The Colonels now sport a 21-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Evansville Christian for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 13. Henderson County will battle a Eagles team coming off a 60-49 non-league win over Mt. Carmel (Mt. Carmel, IL). The Eagles record now stands at 19-1.
The Storm (8-16) will now prepare for their contest against Livingston Central (Smithland, KY). The Cardinals come into the non-league contest with a 9-16 record. In their last contest, Livingston Central prevailed over Hickman County (Clinton, KY), 70-34, in a non-league contest.
