Westwood Baptist Academy Eagles (Poplar Bluff, MO) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Risco Tigers (Risco, MO), 40-37 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Westwood Baptist Academy upgrades its record to 21-3 on the season. The Eagles travel to Lighthouse Prep Academy (Jefferson City, MO) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 15. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 3-12. Lighthouse Prep Academy lost 47-17 in their recent non-league bout against Columbia Independent (Columbia, MO)

Next up, the Tigers play the Hayti Indians (Hayti, MO) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 13. Risco will attempt to upgrade on its 20-4 season record. The Indians go into the bout with a 2-6 record after their 68-37 non-league loss to Scott City (Scott City, MO).
