New York High School Basketball - Albany Academy for Girls routs Cobleskill-Richmondville

In Monday's league outing, the Albany Academy for Girls Bears (Albany, NY) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Cobleskill-Richmondville Bulldogs (Cobleskill, NY), by a count of 65-27.
The Bears (15-3) will now prepare for their outing against Ichabod Crane (Valatie, NY). The Riders go into the Section 2 Colonial outing with a 3-16 record. In their last outing, Ichabod Crane was crushed by Academy of the Holy Names (Albany, NY), 69-34, in a league outing.
The Bulldogs now hold a 10-7 record. They play next when they travel to Voorheesville for a Section 2 Colonial outing on Tuesday, February 13. Cobleskill-Richmondville will clash with a Blackbirds squad coming off a 53-27 non-league loss to Coxsackie-Athens (Coxsackie, NY). The Blackbirds record now stands at 7-10.
