Fans at Monday's league challenge between the New Canaan Rams (New Canaan, CT) and the visiting Bridgeport Central Hilltoppers (Bridgeport, CT), saw New Canaan's basketball squad overcome Bridgeport Central by a tally of 51-38.

With the victory, New Canaan improves its record to 13-6 on the campaign. The Rams host St. Joseph (Trumbull, CT) to confront the Cadets in a Fairfield County challenge on Wednesday, February 14. The Cadets come into the challenge with a record of 17-2. St. Joseph won 48-29 in their recent league challenge against McMahon (Norwalk, CT)

The Hilltoppers (5-14) will now prepare for their battle against Westhill (Stamford, CT). The Vikings come into the Fairfield County battle with a 0-18 record. In their last battle, Westhill dropped by Wilton (Wilton, CT), 78-21, in a league battle.
