Kansas High School Basketball - Chetopa knocked off by Yates Center

The Yates Center Wildcats basketball team scored 28 points and held the host Chetopa Hornets to 15 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Monday.
The Wildcats now sport a 3-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Altoona-Midway for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 13. Yates Center will meet a Jets team coming off a 45-14 non-league loss to Marmaton Valley (Moran, KS). The Jets record now stands at 4-14.
The Hornets (0-15) will now prepare for their contest against Oswego (Oswego, KS). The Indians enter the non-league contest with a 1-16 record.
