Cuba Wildcats (Cuba, MO) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Vienna Eagles (Vienna, MO), 78-50 in a league bout.

With the win, Cuba upgrades its record to 17-6 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Sullivan (Sullivan, MO) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league bout on Wednesday, February 14. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 5-15. Sullivan lost 39-36 in their recent league bout against Pacific (Pacific, MO)

Next up, the Eagles clash with the Belle Tigers (Belle, MO) in a Gasconade Valley bout, on Thursday, February 15. Vienna will attempt to upgrade on its 11-11 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 15-9 record after their 61-19 league win over Steelville (Steelville, MO).
