With the win, Velma Jackson upgrades its record to 13-15 on the season. The Falcons travel to Taylorsville (Taylorsville, MS) to clash with the Tartars in a non-league bout on Friday, February 16. The Tartars go into the bout with a record of 19-11. Taylorsville won 64-17 in their recent non-league bout against Leland (Leland, MS)
