Lewis Central Titans (Council Bluffs, IA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Gretna Dragons (Gretna, NE), 44-31 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Lewis Central upgrades its record to 16-5 on the season.
Next up, the Dragons play the Bellevue East Chieftains (Bellevue, NE) in a A District TBD bout, on Thursday, February 15. Gretna will attempt to upgrade on its 6-15 season record. The Chieftains go into the bout with a 13-7 record after their 65-46 league win over Westview (Omaha, NE).
