In Monday's non-league match, the visiting Webster Groves Statesmen basketball team scored a decisive 61-35 triumph over the Herculaneum Black Cats.
In their next game, the Statesmen meet the Pattonville Pirates (Maryland Heights, MO) in a Freelance match, on Friday, February 16. Webster Groves will attempt to better on its 10-11 season record. The Pirates enter the match with a 11-11 record after their 58-44 league loss to Eureka (Eureka, MO).
With the defeat, Herculaneum moves to 4-16 on the year. The Black cats host Potosi (Potosi, MO) to meet the Trojans in a non-league match on Thursday, February 15. The Trojans enter the match with a record of 5-16.
