The Ogilvie Lions basketball team scored 95 points and restricted the host Hill City/Northland to 82 in the Lions non-league victory on Monday.
The Lions now sport a 20-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mille Lacs co-op [Isle/Onamia] for a A Section 5 contest on Thursday, February 15. Ogilvie will battle a Huskies team coming off a 42-38 league loss to Long Prairie-Grey Eagle (Long Prairie, MN). The Huskies record now stands at 4-17.
The (11-11) will now prepare for their contest against Hinckley-Finlayson (Hinckley, MN). The Jaguars come into the non-league contest with a 12-9 record. In their last contest, Hinckley-Finlayson prevailed over Denfeld (Duluth, MN), 75-33, in a non-league contest.
