The Kankakee Kays (Kankakee, IL) basketball crushed the host Ottawa Pirates (Ottawa, IL), 48-18 in Monday's non-league test.
The Kays (21-9) will now prepare for their test against Morris (Morris, IL). The Redskins go into the non-league test with a 23-9 record. In their last test, Morris walloped Bloomington (Bloomington, IL), 56-35, in a non-league test.
The Pirates now own a 17-13 record.
