The Coventry Oakers basketball team scored 63 points and limited the visiting Chariho Chargers to 37 in the Oakers league triumph on Wednesday.

The Oakers now possess a 11-9 record. They play next when they travel to Woonsocket for a Division II game on Friday, February 14. Coventry will play a Villa Novans team coming off a 81-57 league loss to Moses Brown (Providence, RI). The Villa Novans record now stands at 2-20.

With the loss, Chariho falls to 4-16 on the campaign. The Chargers travel to Middletown (Middletown, RI) to play the Islanders in a Division II game on Thursday, February 13. The Islanders go into the game with a record of 7-12. Middletown won 65-63 in their recent league game against Narragansett (Narragansett, RI)
