The East Greenwich Avengers basketball team scored 69 points and limited the visiting Woonsocket Villa Novans to 46 in the Avengers league triumph on Wednesday.

The Avengers now possess a 10-11 record. They play next when they host Exeter-West Greenwich for a Division III game on Friday, February 14. East Greenwich will confront a Scarlet Knights team coming off a 60-59 league loss to Davies Career & Tech (Lincoln, RI). The Scarlet Knights record now stands at 9-10.

With the loss, Woonsocket falls to 1-19 on the campaign. The Villa novans travel to Moses Brown (Providence, RI) to confront the Quakers in a Division II game on Thursday, February 13.
