The St. Pius X Catholic Golden Lions lacrosse squad scored 17 points and limited the visiting Decatur Bulldogs to 0 in the Golden Lions non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Golden Lions now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lovett for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 25.
With the loss, Decatur falls to 0-2 on the year. The Bulldogs host Etowah (Woodstock, GA) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, February 26. The Eagles go into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
