Whitewater Wildcats (Fayetteville, GA) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the visiting Sandy Creek Patriots (Tyrone, GA), 6-2 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Whitewater moves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Wildcats host East Coweta (Sharpsburg, GA) to clash with the Indians in a non-league test on Monday, February 24. The Indians come into the test with a record of 0-0.
The Patriots now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Fayette County for a non-league test on Monday, March 10.
