The Rio Americano Raiders softball team scored 10 runs and held the visiting El Camino Eagles to 1 in the Raiders non-league win on Wednesday.

The Raiders now possess a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oakmont for a non-league battle on Wednesday, February 26. Rio Americano will confront a Vikings team coming off a 15-4 non-league loss to Antelope (Antelope, CA). The Vikings record now stands at 1-1.

With the loss, El Camino moves to 0-1 on the season. The Eagles travel to Mira Loma (Sacramento, CA) to confront the Matadors in a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 25. The Matadors come into the battle with a record of 0-0.
